The Voice Nigeria: Styles of The Stars
Down to eight Finalists and to lighten the mood a bit, we look at their different yet similar style.
There's a reason why it's called The Voice, it's all about how amazing one's voice is. However, over and above a beautiful voice, it helps to be a package and The Voice Nigeria Finalists are all that and more. As Harry Winston rightfully put it "People will stare, make it worth their while".
Taking it back to the semi-finals when we last saw them rocking The Voice Nigeria stage, the best eight looked better than money. From fancy hair-dos to equally stunning outfits, there's no doubt that they are ready for stardom.
The Formal Four
Syemca put it all together in a red suit, you know what international music sensation Mika once said? "Never trust a man in red trousers" so maybe that's what Yemi's boy was going for, the enigmatic persona. You can never go wrong with Ebony and Ivory and that's exactly the direction WOW and Yimika took. Looking all suave and dapper, the two guys made black and white look all fresh and perfect for the semis. Team Timi's Afro-chic Jahtell did it all right in florals, it is Spring afterall and ooh how we love a lady in florals.
The Casual Foursome
Chris Rio and Idyl proved that you can never go wrong with the good old blue jeans. While Chris Rio paired it with an army shirt, Idyll did it the old-fashioned yet trendy way with denim on denim. Ebube trendied it up with a short-sleeved hoodie paired with black jeans while J'Dess turned it up in an Ankara-printed mini skirt and crop top complete with a traditional "bushy tail" as her accessory and of course the retro hairdo.
