Unlike previous weeks, our Housemates did not need to be asked twice to start their hairdressing session.

Hair Doesn't Wait 

With the mood all tuned to the impending return home, Tobi and Alex were the first to leave their beds to take position in the beloved hairdresser chairs for the last grooming session. As Alex quickly sat at the hair washing station, from where she shouted at Nina who was still in the bedroom to come get ready in style, Tobi poked her, reminding her that the House’s neighbours would not miss her shouts. Meanwhile he was already receiving a sleek haircut and also had his goatee nicely trimmed.

Hair Doesn't Care

Having already undone her cornrows, Nina arrived and expressed her desire to wear boxbraids at the Finale show. Upon seeing Alex’s hair being shampooed, Nina recommended that for once she dyes her hair back to its natural black colour. By then Miracle had also joined the group, and questioned whether Alex intended to die her hair yellow, suggesting the blonde shade may in his view be a better alternative.

The mood was light and playful with the four poking each other, and while waiting for his turn, Miracle pulled a stool and went to sit in the garden, just a few meters behind Tobi to soak in some rays of sun.

Cee-C was the last to join the improvised hair salon area where she had her weave sewn out, as excitement electrified the air. Alex cracked jokes, which found a ready audience via Nina. As music blasted through the speakers, our Top 5 sang along to the tune of proudly Nigerian music.
