This morning Alex was the only Housemate up and about in the House. In her bright pink top, she began to dance and get into the groove of the day, her dance moves literally brought her to tears before she decided to go downstairs and begin waking the other Housemates up from their slumber. She has been egging on conversation all morning, chasing Rico around the table and getting everyone up and about, Alex has slowly become the life blood that is keeping the House Alive.
We have witnessed an volution of this vibrant Housemate since the beginning of the Big Brother journey. From being initially misunderstood, getting shadowed by her in-House relationship with Leo to finally coming into her own and keeping the House alive with her charismatic and unique sense of self.
Social Butterfly
Recently we have seen a new side to Alex in the House, she speaks her mind, and stands up for what she believes and has become an integral part of the social structure in the House. From being free to letting go of her ego and counselling Nina, it is clear that Alex has fully embraced who she is, confident and dynamic.
Wanted
Alex's confidence is attractive and not only captivated Leo's heart but seems to have enamoured Rico's as well. Rico has been trying with Alex non-stop. Always wanting to be in her space, play with her and try to hug her but she is mature enough not to fall into this trap again. His advances have become annoying to Alex and she has been making that very clear to Rico.
Cocoon
This is almost the polar opposite to the Alex we first saw on our screens. Many thought her to be naive and not too focused, this landed up working in her favour as few saw her as a threat. Now with her kind yet straight shooting attitude she seems to have found favour with most of the people in the House.
