So What's Up on The Voice Nigeria?

News
23 June 2017
We decided to go behind the scenes to see what the lucky eight who made it through the first Blind Auditions of The Voice Nigeria Season 2 get up to when our cameras are off.
The Voice Nigeria

Take away the stress, take away the crowds and take away the cameras and The Voice Nigeria talent get in their element and show off what they are made of. More than being brilliant singers, it's exciting to see how trendy, worldly and sincere they are about their craft and their looks in general. Check out what we found:

TEAM TIMI

Team Timi's Jahtell Ilem auditioned with her brother Jahnomso but no, they chose not to do a duet but rather challenge each other, which we thought was pretty cool. What's even cooler is her in this gele, looking like a true Naija queen:

Also on Team Timi is the Emmanuel Precious who's got style for daaaaays! How can one person pull off an all-black-errthang look so fine though?

TEAM YEMI

Our brand new Coach, Yemi Alade scored the most talent on Sunday and her first ever on The Voice Nigeria was Ifeoma Onu who just has a way of looking good without even trying hard. Isn't this the mother of all selfies?

Jahnomso Ilem's got that x-factor about him and we're still trying to put our finger to it but then again, what's not to like with a man in a scarf? *SWOOON*

Honestly, apart from the perfection that is this picture, Olanrewaju Omowa's words captured our hearts here:

TEAM WAJE

Zorah Julius being the sole talent on Team Waje gets to have her coach all to herself and these pics of them got us super envious:

TEAM PATORANKING

Team Patoranking's not one to be messed with either, stepping right into his coach's shoes with all the swagger is Afolayan Alabi. We like how he put together this ensemble then completed it with the killer pose:

Okay, we can't help staring at Favour Idugbe's face right now because that face-beat is totally on FIRE. How can one person be pretty and talented both musically and with make up? Okay, okay, it's all Art at the end of the day and we're officially JEALOUS!

With the second instalment of the Blind Auditions already brewing, we can't wait to see who will be filling the spots in the different teams. Will Coach Patoranking continue with his subtle yet intimidating tactics? Will Coach Waje use her singing to lure them this time around? Will Coach Timi Dakolo corner talent from his hood and will Coach Yemi Alade slow her chair down and limit her turns? That's for you to find out!
