By Ameyaw Debrah Fast-emerging Ghanaian rock band Faint Medal thrilled an appreciative audience at their Acoustic Seduction concert at the Hush Lounge in Accra over the weekend.
Put together by 233 Live and their partners Ghana Mixtapes, Faint Medal succeeded in solidifying their entry into the African music industry as an Afro pop and rock band.
They opened the concert with covers of Asa, Corinne Bailey Rae and several originals from Debbie, Karen and Tori.
The band itself, made up of Syn (lead vocals), Kyekeku (guitarist) , Chris (double bass) and Prince (drums), then came on to entertain the audience to sixteen amazing songs, fifteen of them never heard before.
The last two songs, which included their hit single I dey feel you die, got the crowd on their feet, jumping, dancing and singing along.
The concert was graced by people from NMA, Pidgen Music as well as Skillions artist and producer, Paapa.
